Meet Sherrie Maxwell, SPHR
I have always had a passion for helping others. My greatest joy in my profession and in my personal life has been to see others succeed and to know that I played a key role in that success. I founded this company after a reorganization in 2006 because I truly believe that it will allow me to continue to help individuals discover their capabilities by helping organizations with their human capital needs and allows me to share an expertise with others.
While I have an impressive set of credentials, it is my passion for what I do that makes me successful. I am proud to be a graduate of Fort Valley State College, with a Bachelors degree in Psychology. I have twenty plus years of experience in human resource management. I spent the last ten years in human resources with the largest contract foodservice company in the world in an executive level position. My team and I have won numerous awards for the results we have achieved.
I am honored to have the opportunity to work with you. My values are centered on honesty and trust, open communication, passion and dedication, diversity and partnerships.
